WEBSTER WALKERS SET TO HIT THE TRAIL

DECATUR, MICHIGAN – – – -Walkers of all ages and abilities are invited to join the Webster Walkers, a new walking group sponsored by VBDL Webster Memorial Library.

The group’s maiden walk is Tuesday, May 1, 8:15 am. Walkers should meet at Webster Memorial Library’s Community Room entrance on St. Mary’s Street.

Participants have a choice of 1, 2 or 3.1 miles routes. Walkers are reminded to dress for the weather, wear comfortable walking shoes and bright clothing, if possible. Light snacks and water will be available at the library after the morning walk.

The Webster Walkers is one element of VBDL’s Wellness Initiative. Future programs will focus on nutrition, general health and various types of fitness.
