Online Library Card Application
This form is intended for persons who are residents of the Van Buren District Library legal service area, but do not currently have a VBDL Card.
By filling out the form below, you will be given a temporary VBDL card number that allows you to access the Library’s digital resources such as Hoopla, Overdrive, and Princeton Online Tutoring.
The temporary card will be good for 90 days. After that, you will need to visit the VBDL location you prefer to use and complete a paper membership application. At that time, you will need to present proof of residency (such as a valid driver’s license, state ID, property tax bill, lease agreement, etc.) to obtain a regular VBDL card.
